These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms available as a first step.
1.1 No2jl ("the Platform") is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the regulatory authority responsible for the supervision and regulation of games of chance in the Philippines. No2jl operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine gaming laws, anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations, and data privacy obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
1.2 These Terms & Conditions, together with no2jl's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to the Player, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and no2jl with respect to the Player's use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the subject matter of that promotion only.
1.3 No2jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or mobile number on their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy arising from translation into Filipino or any other language, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. Access to no2jl and participation in any real-money game or betting activity is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. No2jl takes this obligation seriously and will take all reasonable steps to verify player age during the registration and KYC process.
2.2 Residency. No2jl is licensed to operate in the Philippines and is intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or physical location at the time of use.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on no2jl: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who are currently self-excluded from no2jl or from any other PAGCOR-licensed platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of no2jl or its affiliated entities, game providers, and payment processors; (d) individuals on PAGCOR's prohibited persons list; (e) individuals using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform.
2.4 By registering an account, the Player represents and warrants that none of the exclusions in clause 2.3 apply to them and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 To access real-money games and betting services on no2jl, a Player must register an account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, creating a secure password, and agreeing to these Terms. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on no2jl. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether in the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. No2jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon detection.
3.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. No2jl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify no2jl immediately via live chat or support email if they become aware of any unauthorised use of their account.
3.4 No2jl accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge their account or any interest therein to any other party.
3.5 No2jl reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional verification information at any point during the account lifecycle.
4.1 As a PAGCOR-licensed operator and in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), no2jl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds.
4.2 Players will be required to submit the following documents as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process:

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per account, and are displayed in the Cashier section. Players seeking higher deposit limits may request a limit review through their Account Settings subject to satisfactory KYC and compliance checks.
5.3 No2jl does not charge deposit processing fees. However, the Player's payment provider (e.g., their bank or e-wallet) may apply its own transaction fees, for which no2jl accepts no responsibility.
5.4 All deposits must come from a payment account registered in the same name as the no2jl account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit originating from a third-party account may be voided and returned, and the depositing account may be flagged for investigation.
5.5 No2jl reserves the right to delay, investigate, or refuse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, and to report such transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) no active investigation or account review by no2jl's compliance team.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No2jl processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with AML return-of-funds requirements.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — approximately five (5) minutes to two (2) hours; InstaPay — up to two (2) hours; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking — within one (1) business day. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may vary due to payment provider systems or compliance review requirements.
6.4 No2jl does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Fees may apply to bank transfer withdrawals; these will be disclosed in the Cashier section prior to the Player confirming the withdrawal request.
6.5 No2jl reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where the cumulative withdrawal history of the account triggers AML thresholds under Philippine law. Such requests may require additional documentation and may take up to five (5) business days to process.
7.1 No2jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral rewards, and tournament prizes. The availability, terms, and conditions of each promotion are set out in the specific promotion details communicated to eligible players.
7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 7.3 Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. No2jl is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
7.4 No2jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account will not be retroactively withdrawn (except in cases of suspected abuse or fraud).
7.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting game mechanics to guarantee bonus conversion, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
8.1 All games available on no2jl — including slots, live casino, sports betting, e-sports, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game and/or within the relevant betting section of the Platform.
8.2 The return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for all slot and casino games are certified by independent testing laboratories and are disclosed in the game information panel within each title. Live casino games use certified shuffling equipment and procedures. Sports betting odds are set by no2jl's trading team and are subject to change until the market is closed.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round, no2jl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. No2jl will not be liable for any claimed winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioned game round.
8.4 For sports betting, no2jl reserves the right to void markets, settle bets at corrected odds, or suspend betting activity where: (a) obvious pricing errors are identified; (b) match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are detected; (c) the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered.
8.5 Bet acceptance is at the sole discretion of no2jl. The Platform reserves the right to limit stake amounts, reject bets, or restrict betting access on any market without providing a reason.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on no2jl and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 No2jl employs real-time monitoring, machine learning tools, and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, no2jl may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets arising from the prohibited conduct, forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement authorities.
10.1 No2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. No2jl provides a suite of responsible gaming tools directly accessible in every player's Account Settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion), and permanent self-exclusion.
10.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from no2jl may do so at any time through Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, no2jl will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from creating a new account or accessing marketing communications from the Platform.

10.4 No2jl strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement and will not knowingly allow underage individuals to gamble on the Platform. If no2jl has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited.
11.1 All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the no2jl Platform are owned by or licensed to no2jl. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or interest in or to any no2jl intellectual property.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
11.3 Game content displayed on the Platform (including slot graphics, live dealer interfaces, and sports data feeds) is licensed to no2jl by third-party providers and is subject to those providers' separate intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no2jl's total liability to any Player in connection with the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their no2jl account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 No2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from: (a) the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any technical malfunction, interruption, or delay in Platform services; (c) unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials; (d) changes to games, odds, or betting markets; (e) actions taken by no2jl in accordance with its compliance obligations under PAGCOR regulations or applicable law.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No2jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
13.1 Termination by the Player. A Player may close their no2jl account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or the support email. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks.
13.2 Termination by no2jl. No2jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account with or without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; suspected money laundering or other illegal activity; at the direction of PAGCOR or a court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms by the Player, no2jl reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with no2jl's obligations under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
14.1 No2jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, no2jl will provide advance notice of at least fourteen (14) days via the Player's registered mobile number or email address before the amended Terms take effect. Where changes are non-material (including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players), no2jl may update the Terms without advance individual notice.
14.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page and in the header of the document. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any updates. The current Terms are always accessible at no2jl.club/terms-conditions.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they should cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with clause 13.1.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and no2jl, the Player should first contact no2jl's customer support team via live chat. No2jl aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, the matter may be escalated to no2jl's compliance department.
15.3 If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting no2jl's internal complaint process, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection and Consumer Affairs department in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
15.4 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through internal complaint handling or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.
